Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management: Perform 50-75 outreach activities per day, including calls, texts, and emails.
- Sales: Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals, overcome objections, and close membership and gear sales.
- Customer Service: Greet members and visitors with a welcoming smile and provide exceptional service.
- Social Media: Create and share engaging content to showcase our amazing community.
- Studio Support: Assist during and between classes, reset equipment, and demonstrate exercises as needed.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the front desk and studio organized and tidy.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred
- Confident and comfortable making 40 calls per day
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships
- Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for fitness
- Social media-savvy is a plus!
Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-time or Full-Time
- Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 15 - 35 hours per week
- Shifts: Morning, day, and evening shifts available (4-hour shifts)
- Work Location: In-person at RockBox Fitness Colorado Springs
