We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled General Manager to lead our studio in Mount Pleasant, SC. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of studio operations, including sales, team management, and member engagement. As the face of the studio, the General Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth, enhancing the member experience, and fostering a positive team culture. This is a leadership position that requires energy, accountability, and a commitment to delivering results. This position is a Multi-Studio General Manager track position.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong operational and organizational skills, including P&L management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to connect with members and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
- A passion for fitness and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in marketing and business development strategies, including social media and local outreach.
Responsibilities
- Drive member acquisition and retention through exceptional customer service and engagement.
- Develop and execute the studio's marketing plan, including social media strategies and local business partnerships.
- Lead, manage, and develop the studio team, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Oversee all operational aspects of the studio, including inventory management, payroll, and facility maintenance.
- Resolve member issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to maintain alignment with studio goals.
- Model studio activities by actively participating in workouts and leading up to two classes per week.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as sales, member retention, and social media engagement to -drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
