Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile.
- Create a friendly and positive experience at the studio entrance.
- Facilitate the check-in process efficiently.
- Recommend and sell ancillary products to current and prospective members.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and texts promptly and professionally.
Consultative Sales:
- Lead consultative sales processes with prospective clients and current members to meet or exceed quotas and goals.
Lead Management:
- Execute lead management tasks, including phone calls, text messages, and video messages to drive engagement.
Studio Cleanliness:
- Perform shift cleaning duties to ensure a fantastic member and prospect experience.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness at the front desk and retail sections.
Front Desk Operations:
- Print and prepare necessary documents for studio operations.
- Restock bathrooms, the front desk, and the office with necessary items and gear.
- Handle member tasks such as milestone and birthday cards.
- Write personalized, hand-written cards for all new prospective members.

- Commitment to taking 1-2 RockBox classes weekly to embody the RockBox lifestyle.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached to reach your full potential.
- A positive attitude with a problem-solving approach.
- Previous sales experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Functional computer skills.
- High school diploma (required).
