Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments of clients' fitness levels and establish personalized training programs tailored to their individual needs and goals.
- Lead one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique while providing motivation and encouragement.
- Educate clients on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology to enhance their understanding of fitness principles.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Promote group fitness classes and engage clients in various fitness activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment while adhering to health club policies.
- Assist with fitness sales by promoting personal training packages and group classes to potential clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to provide clients with the best possible guidance.
Qualifications
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science.
- Previous experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to teach physical education concepts effectively.
- Sales experience in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Ability to motivate clients through positive reinforcement and effective coaching techniques.

- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
