Group Fitness Studio Manager

Role: General Manager with opportunity for multi-unit management

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (Member events, studio events, and outreach, promotions).
• Be the studio sales leader, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Train and develop staff to become top sales performers, providing ongoing coaching and support.
• Work directly with the Head Trainer to increase studio utilization and workout traffic.
• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Training and development for all staff, including daily role-playing.
• Overseeing the sales and operational systems.
• Coordinate and lead monthly team meetings.
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example).
• Member issue resolution.
• Responsible for staffing requirements within the studio.
• Resolving any staff issues.
• Staff scheduling.
• Studio Cleanliness.
• Responsible for studio lead acquisition.
• Attend and participate in workouts weekly.

Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:

In addition to the single studio General Manager position, there is the possibility for future multi-unit management opportunity for someone with a proven track record of multi-unit management and multi-unit staffing. The individual who is selected for single or multi-unit management must have a proven sales track record with examples of quickly staffing a top sales team to drive results. The perfect candidate MUST have a significant and provable background in hiring and training a sales staff and leading a top-performing sales team while also leading their staff in sales.
