RACS is currently seeking a motivated, qualified individual to work in our coverage area of Rockbridge and Bathy County, and the Cities of Lexington and Buena Vista. RACS will provide training, supervision, and education opportunities specific to the position.

Position Overview:
This individual will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring all clinical support tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The Receptionist/Office Assistant will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, agency representatives, and staff, promoting a welcoming and professional environment. This role reports directly to the Clinic Office Manager and requires someone who can exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and uphold a high standard of confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance and support services to maintain an organized and efficient office system.
- Perform clinical support tasks essential to daily operations.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere for all clients and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a verifiable safe driving record.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
