RACS is currently seeking a motivated, qualified individual to work in one of our area residential group homes located in Lexington, VA or Buena Vista, VA. RACS will provide training, supervision, and education opportunities specific to the position.

Position Overview
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you will:

- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, meals, and light housekeeping
- Offer encouragement and support to help individuals live as independently as possible
- Engage residents in fun recreational activities and community outings
- Complete daily documentation and ensure compliance with care plans
- Administer medications as needed (training provided)
- Be a part of a dynamic, mission-driven team that makes a lasting impact every day!
- High school graduate/GED preferred.
- Experience working with adults that have developmental disabilities required
- CNA experience desired but not required
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Energetic, positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable problem solver
- Must be 18 with valid driver's license and safe driving record
