Key Responsibilities:
- Support office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, timely, and confidentially.
- Handle phone and in-person scheduling requests for patient services.
- Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records.
- Input and manage data within our electronic health records system.
- Assist patients with inquiries and provide guidance on available services.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to enhance patient flow and overall service delivery.
- Uphold RAHC’s commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and a commitment to patient care.
Work Schedule and Benefits
