Bachelor's of Science, Teaching Certificate, knowledge and understanding of educational technology; successful experience in using technology in P-12 school districts; strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational technology, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for empowering students to become Rocket Learners to Rocket Leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the six STLP goals: Develop activities that enhance academic, social, and emotional growth of students; provide leadership opportunities for all students; foster multi-age collaboration through innovative learning partnerships; form learning partnerships among students with various technology skills; develop activities that benefit communities; and integrate technology into administrative and instructional programs.
- Support and publicize the STLP program throughout the school; subscribe to the STLP listserv to stay informed about activities and events.
- Recruit students of different races, gender, and disabilities; set up a system for selecting student leaders for each project.
- Guide students in creating instructional, community, and technical projects aligned with the six STLP goals.
- Collaborate with the library media specialist, classroom teachers, and Director of Technology to advance technology in the school.
- Attend and lead students in regional and state STLP conferences; participate in district training sessions.
- Submit an annual schedule of meeting dates and planned topics/activities to the District STLP Coordinator.
