Duties & Responsibilities
As a Senior Recruiter you will operate a full life-cycle recruiting desk to include:

Working with a team to fill highly specialized consulting roles within the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) market.

Sourcing, screening and developing relationships with consultants for placement with clients.

Coordinating full recruitment life-cycle efforts to include client requirement consultations, resume submissions, arranging interviews, negotiating terms and facilitating smooth hiring and onboarding processes for clients and consultants.

Business development with new and existing clients to include cold and warm outreach to strategically targeted, researched organizations that use specific HR systems, or are embarking on specific HRIS initiatives.

Utilizing AI tools for email marketing and automated social media outreach.

Working with our marketing team to assist with our corporate marketing & communications strategy.

Playing an active role in our commitment to continually assessing and improving our processes and service offering to our clients and consultants.

Prioritize the day to day running of your recruiting desk.

Monthly performance reviews to offer feedback as well as review individual and team metrics.

On the desk training, formal team training and daily support from your manager and team.
After 18-24 months, Senior Recruiters may become eligible for promotion to Team Leader and participate in the Team Leader bonus program.
Essential Skills

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment

Starting base pay $65K
-
Monthly team commission, first year OTE $100-110K, second year OTE $135-150K

Unlimited PTO

On the desk full life-cycle recruiter training to include candidate generation, screening & management, niche market specialization, client development and account management

Training and support to develop your career from Senior Recruiter to Team Leader
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm
Location: After a 2-week onsite training program move into hybrid model (subject to performance)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $65,000 per year
Work Location: 3-days per week onsite in Boulder, CO 8030
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
