Position
The Investment Manager actively supports the client relationship team with all aspects related to the client investment portfolio. Position

Responsibilities
- Partners with the Client Advisor and/or Investment Advisor to develop an overall investment strategy for the client, and plays a key role in the execution of that strategy.
- Participates in client meetings by summarizing key points and taking a view on investment opportunities for clients.
- Handles all client paperwork, including the organization and maintenance of client files electronically.
- Assist with the management and delivery of client communications related to investment strategy, performance, and outlook. Instill a high degree of confidence in the firm’s investment capabilities and respond to general client inquiries.
- Supports the relationship lead with all aspects related to client account operational activity, asset allocation, and account oversight and reporting.
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to all client questions in a timely and professional manner.
- May mentor more junior Investment Associates and provide day to day guidance.
- Bachelor's Degree required; degree/coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Statistics preferred
- 5 to 7 years of related experience
- Experience with NFS, Tamarac, and/or Addepar
- Prior experience with CRM
- Series 7 or working toward license
- Advanced degree achieved or in progress, including MBA, CFA, or CFP
- Expertise working with numbers and strong ability to synthesize and work with large data sets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
