Position
The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in driving Rockefeller Capital Management’s talent acquisition strategy by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent to support the firm’s growth. The individual will partner with hiring managers, leverage recruitment best practices, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent across various functions within the firm
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber candidates through direct sourcing and referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide insights into candidate pipelines, and market trends
- Own the offer process, partnering with internal stakeholders to structure competitive offer packages
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment process
- Partner with business leaders across the organization to lead Summer Analyst recruitment and strategy
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within financial services
- Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including alternative investments, wealth management, investment banking, and asset management
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent through various channels, including direct sourcing and professional networks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to structure complex offer packages
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills
