Position:
The Wealth Planning Analyst is a member of the Global Family Office Wealth Planning Center. The Wealth Planning Center is charged with coordinating the creation and implementation of financial plans for the firms Wealth Advisory divisions. In this capacity, the Wealth Planning Analyst will conduct in-depth data collection, analysis, and data entry with the aim of creating a strong financial plan. Analysts have and will continue to build a broad knowledge base in financial planning, estate and gift taxes, philanthropy, insurance, income tax planning, and investment management. This role is a key member of the collaborative, team-centric approach to client service across the firms’ Wealth Advisory divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather extensive financial information to drive plan creation.
- Enter client information into planning software.
- Schedule and prepare materials for client meetings.
- Leverage financial data to identify possible solutions to meet client needs and goals.
- Engage specialists and partners to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and update client information and plan changes on a consistent basis.
- Bachelor's degree
- CFP® designation preferred or the desire to obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- eMoney experience preferred
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multitask and reprioritize within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills on complex matters, both written and oral
- Enthusiastic and positive approach to problem-solving and client service
- Strong collaboration and partnership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, root cause and effects and develop strategies to increase growth and mitigate risk.
- Ability to identify client needs and concerns, and articulate appropriate approach to align solutions to goals in a suitable and controlled way.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
