Position :
The Operations Analyst will service Rockefeller Advisor Teams with all operational aspects related to Alternative Investments including Trades processing, Submitting and monitoring transfers, capital calls, reconciliation, and documentation review. Analyst will communicate daily with our internal product team, clearing firm, as well as outside fund sponsors and administrators as necessary.
Responsibilities :
- Review Subscription documents for completion and accuracy before submitting to NFS for execution.
- Liaise with NFS as well as the various fund sponsors regarding administrative issues and account activity.
- Support on-boarding events of PWA teams with the transfer of Alternative Investments, including on-site travel
- Processing of documentation within BPM (Business Process Manager)
- Partner with the technology as well as the product team to continuously enhance systems and processes.
