We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to manage and grow the Instagram presence for our luxury rental building in Huntsville, Alabama. The primary goal of this role is to generate buzz and drive leasing activity by crafting authentic, engaging content that reflects the vibrant neighborhood and upscale lifestyle offered by our property.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Visit the property to capture professional-quality photos and videos.
- Develop compelling video content, including Instagram Reels, to showcase the building's amenities, events, and surrounding neighborhood.
- Leverage user-generated content to create a sense of community and authenticity.
- Posting & Engagement:
- Post 8-10 times per month, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Write captions in a casual, engaging tone tailored to our audience.
- Actively share, follow, and engage with relevant accounts to grow the follower base.
- Repost local events, attractions, or partnerships that align with our brand.
- Strategy & Best Practices:
- Utilize knowledge of social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor trends and insights to refine content strategies.
- Provide content calendars 2-3 weeks in advance for review and approval prior to posting.
- Brand Representation:
- Ensure the social media presence feels authentic to the building and its neighborhood.
- Highlight the luxury lifestyle and sense of community offered by the property.
Qualifications:
- Resides in Huntsville, Alabama, with local knowledge of the area and its culture.
- Proven experience managing Instagram accounts, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong photography and videography skills, with a portfolio to showcase prior work.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write engaging captions.
- Expertise in social media algorithms, content trends, and best practices.
- Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
