The ideal candidate will be adept at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Managing high-profile correspondence: investor/donor meetings, lab gatherings, and managing grant agency and other funding institutions connections
- Handling financial tasks: reconciling bank statements, financial reports
- Managing special projects: such as strategies with Dr. Brivanlou for lab investment and improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
