About Us:

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Host/To-Go Specialist to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure a seamless dining and takeout experience.
Position Overview:
As a Host/To-Go Specialist, you will be responsible for greeting guests with warmth, managing reservations, coordinating the flow of the dining room, and handling takeout orders with efficiency and accuracy. You play a key role in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience, both in-house and to-go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage reservations and waitlists through our booking system
- Communicate table status with the FOH team to ensure smooth service
- Take and package to-go orders accurately, ensuring food quality and presentation
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions securely
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with inquiries about the menu, hours, and reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and to-go area
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in hosting, to-go service, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Weekend and holiday availability required
