Job Summary :
The Senior Account Manager plays an important role including day-to-day account management responsibilities, guidance for the other account managers, and the ongoing development of the Account Management and Client Experience team processes and procedures. A successful individual in this role will take a “lead from the front” mentality by managing a number of client accounts directly and mentoring / supporting members of the Account Management team. They will foster cross-team collaboration by working closely with Team Leads and Lead Project Managers.
Responsibilities :
- Day-to-day account management on a range of accounts including larger and more complex clients
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

78,000 - $92,000 - depending on experience and qualifications.
