Position : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PRN
Locations : Available across all Venza Care facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accordingly.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes in condition.
- Support multidisciplinary care plans to meet resident needs.
- Provide compassionate interaction with residents and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
