Job Summary:
The Dishwasher at Toyota Field, home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the stadium’s concession and kitchen areas. This role ensures that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned efficiently and ready for use during games and events. Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and concession equipment.
- Operate and maintain industrial dishwashing machines and sinks.
- Keep dishwashing area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist with trash removal and kitchen cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping.
- Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and sanitation.
- Work efficiently during high-volume periods to support kitchen and concession staff.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, such as basic prep work and restocking supplies.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the baseball season.
