Job Summary:
Toyota Field is looking for energetic and dependable individuals to join our hospitality team as Food Runners and Suite Attendants. These positions are essential in ensuring our guests receive top-tier service in our premium seating areas. You’ll play a key role in delivering food and beverages, maintaining suite cleanliness, and creating a positive, memorable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Runner Duties:
- Deliver food and beverages promptly from kitchen to suites and premium seating areas.
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and presented professionally.
- Assist with restocking items and organizing service stations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in food prep and delivery areas.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
Suite Attendant Duties:
- Greet suite guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned suites throughout the event.
- Restock supplies in suites before and during events (utensils, napkins, condiments, etc.).
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work nights and weekends is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 30 per week
