As a National Commercial Closer, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of client service while facilitating all aspects of closing a commercial transaction. You’ll be the primary customer contact for our commercial team and drive the process from initial opening of an order to final disbursement.

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates only: the salary range for this position is fifty-five thousand dollars to one hundred twenty-four thousand dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off. About The Role
- Build and maintain client relationships through timely communication
- Review entity documents, zoning reports and occasionally support the commercial title team
- Support commercial title team in clearing matters of title and preparing pro formas and policy endorsements for distribution
- Prepare settlement statements and escrow documents in preparation for closing
- Occasionally travel to facilitate closing transactions
- 2 years of experience in a closing assistant role or prior commercial closer experience
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
