Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved.
- Aggregate and analyze financial information for accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership.
- Track and monitor project performance and investments, providing insights into ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate project performance, budget status, and investment outcomes effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and analyze financial data related to projects and initiatives.
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring project-level alignment with broader business objectives.
- Evaluate financial implications of proposed investments or changes to existing projects.
- Identify risks and opportunities within project financials and recommend actionable solutions.
- Stay informed on industry and market trends to provide context for project performance and investment strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, project management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with project management or financial planning software is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proven ability to present financial data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
