About The Role
- Build your business acumen by attending team meetings, huddles and training sessions
- Support the team by managing and maintaining inboxes, team resources, process documentation and more
- Help organize and analyze data to drive decision-making and track team progress toward goals
- Contribute to the coordination and administration of projects that align with team initiatives
- Draft internal communications such as team updates or announcements
- Assist with scheduling and organizing team meetings, events, celebrations or team-buildings
- Take clear, actionable notes during team meetings as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Interest in the behind-the-scenes processes of recruiting and HR
