Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant for final mile delivery company.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry applications.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Experience with Dispatch Track routing software a plus.
