Whether you're helping retail enthusiasts pick out the ideal plant or assisting wholesale buyers in finding the best greenery for their needs, you'll play a key part in growing the Rocket Farms community and contributing to our mission of "Growing a Brighter Future."Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service.Accurately scan purchases, review with customers, batch and prepare purchased products and assist customers by loading products weighing up to 50lbs into their vehicles.Assisting the order desk, ensuring that all orders are taken and pulled.Continual visual monitoring of the front checkout area for customers ready to check out.Assisting with Rocket Farms product transfers.Point of sale sign production.Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers, including light cleaning.Assist in opening and closing the store.Assist with unpacking, stocking, receiving, shipping, and irrigation.Create and plant a variety of planted gardens for sale.Complete daily inventory paperwork for products used in planted gardens.Continually maintain a working knowledge of all Company products and promotions.

• Range : $19.50- $23.50 per hour. The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as location and required skills. The salary range provided reflects the lowest to highest amount we reasonably anticipate paying for this position at the time of posting. Compensation is influenced by labor market conditions and various factors, including but not limited to : the prevailing minimum wage in the area, relevant education, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue targets, and business needs. It is not typical for a new hire to be offered the highest end of the salary range. Pay decisions are made based on the unique circumstances of each candidate and position. RequirementsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent and / or previous on-the-job training requiredPrevious experience with payment processing preferredBilingual (English / Spanish) preferredGood oral and written communication skills.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Ability to work cross-functionally and in team settings.Ability to work and solve problems rapidly in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasonsMust be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts and schedules, hours ranging between 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM Monday through Friday.Physical RequirementWhile performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform infrequent / long periods of standing, stooping, bending, walking, grasping, climbing, pulling, pushing and carrying of objects up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision.
