Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shops has become the largest and fastest growing soda pop and candy shop franchise brand in America. We offer hundreds of bottled soda pops and thousands of candies from all over America, including some from other galaxies. The gigantic selection will launch you back in time to when you were a kid—even if you are over a hundred light years old.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serving as a strong, reliable team leader
- Cash handling and making daily deposits
- Submitting weekly product orders and maintaining positive relationships with vendors
- Processing P.O.'s into store inventory
- Strong interpersonal and managerial skills
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Continuous high energy and passion for customers and driving sales
In addition:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure exceptional customer service by leading by example and providing guidance to the sales team
- Drive sales and meet or exceed store targets through effective merchandising strategies and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create employee schedules
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of retail management experience & 3 years customer service
- Lead by example & create an environment and a team that consistently delivers outstanding customer experiences.
- Embrace the Rocket Fizz brand and create that fun, nostalgic, engaging experience for customers
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
