Duties

• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues, ensuring that customers feel welcome, have a great time, and leave satisfied.
• Inspire a lively and operationally focused sales team by offering guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Oversee store displays, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization to maintain an inviting store atmosphere.
• Lead daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Efficiently manage transactions and operate the cash register using POS systems.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales and management, with a solid grasp of retail operations.
• Proficient in operating cash registers.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective leadership qualities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless store operations.
