As an Associate Director, Creative, you’ll lead a team who develops compelling and strategic campaign concepts that increase brand awareness and drive sales. You’ll be motivated to create impactful storytelling that aligns with strategic business objectives.
About the Role
- Oversee the development and execution of creative concepts and campaigns, ensuring they align with the client's brand and marketing goals
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, strategists, and other team members to develop integrated creative solutions that meet project objectives
- Guide the creative team through all stages of project development, from brainstorming and conceptualization to final execution, offering constructive feedback and ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and gather feedback, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into compelling creative work
- Support the growth and development of junior creatives, providing mentorship, training, and opportunities to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's success
