As a Product Analyst Intern at Rocket Lawyer, you'll play an essential role in analyzing data, user feedback, and product performance to help us improve our platform and deliver a better experience for our users. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to gather insights, generate actionable recommendations, and support decision-making processes that drive the product roadmap.
This internship is a great opportunity for someone who is curious about product development, data analysis, and wants to make an impact on real-world products while learning from an experienced team.
Reports to: Senior Product Manager
Location: Remote, but you must be located in AZ, CO, NC, or UT during the internship.
Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025, working 40 hours per week

How You Will Make a Difference Day To Day
- Analyze product usage data and user behavior to identify trends and insights that can help improve product features.
- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark Rocket Lawyer’s products against industry standards.
- Assist in tracking product KPIs (key performance indicators) to measure product success.
- Work closely with product managers to define data requirements for new features or product enhancements.
- Support the development of user stories, feature requests, and product specifications based on data-driven insights.
- Participate in product testing and user feedback sessions to ensure features meet customer needs.
- Help visualize data through dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders across teams.
- Assist with data-driven experiments to inform product decisions.
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field).
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis (SQL, Excel, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with product management processes and the role of product analytics in decision-making.
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights in a clear and accessible way.
- Curiosity and an eagerness to learn about user behavior and how data drives product strategy.
