ABOUT THE TEAM
As a Talent Sourcer, you will partner with the Recruiting team to source and hire high-caliber talent. You will be responsible for developing a top-of-funnel sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates, while focusing on providing a top-notch candidate experience for every candidate.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL :
- Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Leaders to understand the specific requirements and nuances of each role, ensuring alignment between candidate profiles and job descriptions.
- Create a sourcing strategy to build top of the funnel for multiple job requisitions at a given time, across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Actively contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline by implementing inclusive sourcing strategies and engaging with underrepresented groups in the tech community.
- Track and report sourcing metrics, providing insights on sourcing effectiveness and recommending improvements for future strategies.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search, talent mapping, and online communities, to uncover and engage passive candidates who might not be actively looking.
- Provide support for various recruiting activities as needed, including application review and interview coordination.

Additional information : Salary range of $70,000 - $110,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skill, and experience.
