About The Role
- Create, maintain, and guide the preparation of business area data reports for distribution.
- Create and publish pipeline and production reports.
- Execute all daily and weekly business tasks required to maintain our pipeline.
- Assist the team in executing trades, including but not limited to, creating and delivering data files, pooling loans, creating settlement documents, delivering images, tracking collateral shipments, communicating delivery to external partners, and resolving any issues.
- Synthesize due diligence results into internal systems and provide progress reporting to appropriate teams.
- Self-directed approach
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
