Ideal Markets is PUMPED to say we are growing! We are HIRING for a full-time Assistant Store Manager position in your area. Assistant Store Managers are responsible for day-to-day store operations including but not limited to scheduling, training, and supervising employees. Assistant Store managers are also responsible for store profitability, inventory, customer service, and safety. Position requires a person with strong communication skills and an ability to be flexible with work schedules.
Expectations:
- You will assist the Store Manager with oversight of the store operations
- You will help with hiring, supervising and working with the staff to accomplish daily tasks, recordkeeping and stocking
- You will help to maintain our high standards and provide fast and friendly service to our customers
- You will provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
- You will execute and oversee our respective food programs to ensure quality and efficiency for our customers
- Dependable Attendance and Flexible with Schedulable hours
- Enthusiastic attitude for customer service
- Professional presentation and interpersonal communications
- Ability to motivate others
- Ability to achieve performance standards
- Ability to meet physical demands such as walking, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs
- High School Diploma
- Must be 20 years of age at time of hire
Previous retail experience will be a plus, but not required.
