YOUR MISSION:

As a Lead Activator, you’ll be right at the heart of our customer engagement, helping prospects get started with our services and ensuring they’re set up for success. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. There is NO SELLING.
• Reach out to prospects who’re interested in what we offer
• Transfer them over to correct department
• Walk clients through installing the app via Zoom

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Pleasant phone voice
• Ability to leave messages that are upbeat and spark the prospect's interest
• Efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Persistent on reaching prospects
• Familiar with Zoom
• Time Management

WORK HOURS:

· Full-time in-office position

· Monday - Friday from 9am-6pm with 1 hour for lunch

COMPENSATION:

· This is an entry level position and pays $15/hr potential monthly bonuses
