As our Lead Conversion Specialist, your primary responsibility will be transforming leads into enrolled participants across our portfolio of youth-focused businesses.
This is a pivotal, newly created role with significant potential, and we’re looking for a dynamic individual to set the standard for success.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional Sales Skills: Whether over the phone, through email, or via digital platforms, you’ll masterfully convert inquiries into enrollments. Prior experience in a similar industry is a strong advantage.
- Bilingual Proficiency (English and Spanish): A large portion of our prospects are Spanish-speaking. Engaging with them in their native language is key to building trust and driving conversion.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Scheduling: Efficiently manage leads and schedule appointments, adhering to brand standards, including deposits and policies.
- Client Engagement: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring professional, timely, and personalized interactions that meet each client’s needs.
- Pipeline Oversight: Follow the New Client Pipeline by initiating outreach and follow-ups at each stage, ensuring conversations are current and converting leads appropriately.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all programs, services, and offerings to effectively educate prospective clients on their benefits.
- Relationship Building: Prioritize people and relationships by consistently following up and managing expectations to foster trust and loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly address and resolve client queries and concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
