- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and product selections.
- Conduct product demonstrations to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with customers.
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Ability to sell products effectively through engaging communication and product demos.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a grocery store or retail environment is preferred but not required.
