About The Role
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facilities, AV, and IT, to understand business needs and develop comprehensive project plans
- Manage all aspects of workplace improvement and renovation projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation
- Able to respond to urgent repair needs as well as manage long-term, detailed-oriented projects
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project completion
- Provide regular progress updates and communicate any issues or changes to key stakeholders
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, safety regulations, ADA, and industry best practices
- Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace experience through solutions and functionality
- Make recommendations to improve processes and elevate the overall quality of our physical spaces
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, interior design, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, renovation, or workplace
