Position Details:
- Title: RocketCup Coffee team member
- Location: RocketCup Coffee, 116 W State St, Olean, NY 14760
- Shifts: Full-time and part-time, alternate shifts, including weekends
- Café Hours:
- Monday-Friday: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Hourly Rate: $15 plus tips
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages that meet RocketCup Coffee's standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Ensure the cafe's cleanliness and organization, including dining and kitchen areas
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge about coffee
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as required
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth operation and a positive working environment
- Craft amazing food in our kitchen
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Experience in coffee preparation and/or food service is recommended
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and a passion for coffee
- Motivated and willing to learn and adapt to RocketCup Coffee's methods and standards
- Availability to work on weekends and flexibility in scheduling
