RocketSource is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager & Scrum Master to lead the execution of complex digital transformation initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of technical acumen, Agile project management expertise, and strategic leadership to oversee cross-functional teams across digital experience development and data-driven initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery while fostering a high-performance, Agile environment.

- Own the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent digital experience and DaaS projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and key milestones, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, UX/UI, data science, and marketing teams.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure clear documentation, including project plans, roadmaps, sprint backlogs, and retrospectives.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting Agile best practices across teams.
- Work with product owners to prioritize backlogs, refine requirements, and align sprint goals with business objectives.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and accountability.
- Track sprint progress, remove impediments, and ensure smooth workflow momentum.
- Leverage your technical background to bridge the gap between business objectives and development execution.
- Support teams in designing and delivering scalable digital experiences and data-driven insights.
- Optimize workflow processes for DaaS initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of analytics and data products.
- Ensure best practices in software development, cloud platforms, and data engineering are followed.
- 5 years of experience in technical project management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master responsibilities.
- Technical background in digital experiences, software development, data engineering, or DaaS-related projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional development teams across UX/UI, data science, and engineering disciplines.
- Strong proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) and familiarity with project management frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze project metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) to drive process improvements.
- Experience with backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and forecasting project needs.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
