Rockford center has an opportunity for a PRN RN Supervisor available.
The selected candidate will provide supervisory coverage of the Nursing Department, other patient care areas and the hospital, in general.

Rockford Center is a 138-bed mental health facility located in Newark, DE, providing easy access to a full complement of inpatient and partial behavioral health programs for children and adolescents, adults, and older adults. Rockford is the only child inpatient behavioral health facility in DE, offers an experienced and tenured senior management team, and serves New Castle County and northern Maryland.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's Degree with an emphasis in Nursing. Strong communication skills, excellent customer service and organization skills, highly effective listening skills, and strong clinical skills.
- Experience: Two (2) years of related Supervisory experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.
- Current license to practice nursing in State of Delaware (or eligible to receive or renew).
- Current CPR or BLS certification.
