What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server and Bartender position at Rockford Corner Bar?
We are looking for a skilled server or bartender but will train the right person. The Corner Bar is a busy place and it's important to know that going into the job. The ideal candidate will be able to tolerate the stress that comes with working in a high volume establishment.

Responsibilities
Create awesome, memorable experiences for every guest
Be knowledgable of menu and beverages, expertly recommends and up sells on items.
Follow all Corner Bar standard of service.
Ensures expedient service of food and beverages to the Guest.
Frequently checks up on the Guests to ensure satisfaction.
Answers phones.
Proven experience as a server or bartender is helpful
The ability to work in a team is a premium
Good communication skills

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
