Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while effectively managing inventory and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of retail math, and the ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize retail math to manage stock levels and ensure product availability.
• Assist in supervising team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Implement upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are readily available for customers.
• Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling client inquiries and concerns.
• Provide bilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse clientele.
• Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving client engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably within a grocery store setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
• Basic math skills for inventory management and sales reporting.
• Experience in supervising or leading a team is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $69,569.00 - $81,158.00 per year
