You’ll manage critical operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and dining services, while driving innovation in sustainability and resource management.

Who You Are
- A seasoned leader with 5-7 years of progressive Operations Management experience, including 3 years in a leadership role (higher education experience is a plus).
- A deep knowledge of facilities operations, construction management, and sustainability practices.
- A good communicator and collaborator who can engage with diverse stakeholders, from students to executives.
- A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle critical situations with ease.
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and creating an inclusive environment.
