Responsibilities
· Collaborate with 6 physicians and 3 nurse practitioners in a supportive environment that fosters teamwork
· Play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the future of urology in northern Illinois as we continue to expand services to patients.
· Provide evidence-based care and connect meaningfully with 24 patients per day in our outpatient Rockford, IL clinic.
· Perform inpatient consults, surgical follow-ups, and routine rounding at OSF St. Anthony, University of Wisconsin Swedish American, and Mercyheath Rockford.
Qualifications
Beyond the standard qualifications of APRN licensure in the state of Illinois, ideal candidates will reflect Rockford Urological Associate’s values of adaptability, flexibility, joyfulness, and excellence while providing urological care to adult and pediatric patients.
