Rockhurst University’s Department of Admissions is seeking applicants for their ACCP/ADV Program Coordinator. This position is responsible for overseeing the current ACCP/ADV program as well as expanding it to additional schools and incorporating more course offerings.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Serves as the liaison with domestic high schools in developing and supporting dual credit courses as well as overall partner relationship
- Works with Academic Affairs to manage policy interpretation and implementation to ensure program credibility and efficiency
- Propose changes, initiatives, ideas to administration for expanding, maintaining, and developing new program offerings
- Performs student assessments and program evaluation research; generates surveys, gathers data and analyzes data, and program evaluation required for compliance with state dual credit guidelines and national accreditation standards
- Visits prospective schools to discuss implementation of the ACCP/ADV Program and coordinates approval of all new high schools, faculty, and coordinator partners with Academic Affairs
- Collaborate with Academic Affairs and Registrar’s Office on academic offerings, subject liaisons, and contracts
- Manages and maintains program communication, marketing, online presence and branding with Enrollment Communications and University Marketing & Communications
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned – perform other duties, consistent with the incumbent’s skills and qualifications as required by the University in support of the department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in or related field required. Master’s degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3) years of related experience required. Related experience can include a mixture of coordinating programmatic efforts in both the high school and college environments.
- Strong organizational, analytical, planning, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
- Effective project management skills; detail and deadline oriented.
- Experience using the Slate CRM and Banner SIS systems
