Position Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new corporate clients, particularly non-state-owned IT companies that require reliable recruitment support. The role involves business development, client engagement, and marketing efforts to position our company as the go-to solution for IT manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Client Acquisition:
o Identify and develop relationships with private IT firms that require recruitment support.
o Generate leads, set up meetings, and secure contracts with IT companies.
o Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR teams.
- Sales & Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients.
o Promote our recruitment expertise and highlight our sourcing team’s capabilities.
o Conduct presentations, networking events, and marketing campaigns to generate interest.
- Collaboration & Coordination:
o Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
o Maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients and ensure high conversion rates.
o Provide regular updates and market insights to improve service offers.
- Revenue & Commission Growth:
o Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic partnerships and repeat business.
o Earn competitive base pay and commission based on client acquisitions and deal closures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in IT staffing/recruitment.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills to engage with private IT companies.
- Understanding IT roles and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and develop strategic sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, staffing solutions, or HR consulting is preferred.
