Roles/Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging an established book of business.
- Target leads in union-based and prevailing wage markets, focusing on commercial and multi-family flooring projects.
- Partner with estimators to provide accurate pricing, budgets, and early-stage project involvement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals, generating a minimum of 3x base salary in gross profit.
- Present and promote company services, including LVT, polished concrete, and other innovative flooring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competition, and customer preferences to uncover growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the flooring or construction industries.
- Established relationships and a strong book of business in flooring or related sectors.
- Experience with union contracts and prevailing wage requirements is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
