What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry Associate position at Rockingham Nutrition & Meals on Wheels?
Rockingham Nutrition & Meals on Wheels is looking to hire someone who will be responsible for entering and maintaining client information in our database systems. You will oversee client data and intake process ensuring that client info and funding codes are correct.
Some Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
· Enter all intakes into State system while also cross checking client data in our system for accuracy.
· Ensure accurate coding of clients in both State system and ours.
· Annual Client Redeterminations – All client intakes must be redone once a year. You will keep track of active clients, send monthly lists to managers and ensure they are being completed on time.
· Maintain client files in accordance with State and Federal regulations regarding client’s personal health information.
· Process closeout documentation, monthly and annually.
· Run weekly/monthly client reports – Client demography, meal counts, reassessment dates, etc.
Qualifications:
· Two years of work experience with Data Entry.
· Previous experience working in Non-Profits, Social Services or Elder Care programs strongly preferred.
· Must have a strong attention to detail.
· Able to work well with others to ensure that tasks are completed on time and with accuracy.
· Fluency in the Microsoft Suite of applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
· Able to learn and adapt to new computer programs.
