A day in the life of a Loan Servicing Representative
Working out of our Canton Headquarters, the Loan Servicing Representative will assist with payment processing for the Loan Servicing department including standard payments, payoffs and principal reductions from insurance companies. You will monitor daily reports and perform necessary file maintenance. Each day will include balancing of all payment types and scanning checks and draft checks into Eascorp. You will also process basic core system transactions, responding to member and branch/department inquires promptly and courteously.
Skills & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior banking and loan servicing experience of 3-5 years. The ability to work independently and perform work with accuracy and attention to details is key in this role. Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with member and staff at all levels of the organization are also essential. Your technical abilities should include proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Work Schedule and Benefits
As a Loan Servicing Representative, you will work a 40-hour full-time schedule Monday through Friday.
