Overview
Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate and Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the management of our facilities, including leases, contracts, and day-to-day operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that aligns with our organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of projects.
- Oversee the development and execution of real estate-related budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and community partners.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of real estate-related data and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate or facilities management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate-related budgets and forecasts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with real estate management software and tools.
